What is The Garnish Collective?

We are a boutique mobile mixology and event bartending service, curating handcrafted cocktails for weddings, private events, and brand experiences. Every bar setup is personalized, styled, and rooted in fresh ingredients and elevated service.

Do you provide the alcohol?

Due to South Carolina state law, we cannot sell or provide alcohol directly. However, we work closely with you to create a custom shopping list and can coordinate pickup or accept delivery on your behalf—ensuring the bar is fully stocked and event-ready.

What’s included in your packages?

Our packages are all custom to fit the need of each event, but most will include include professional bartenders, custom cocktail menus, mixers, fresh garnishes, bar tools, styling, and ice. We also offer add-ons like glassware rental, personalized drink signage, and more.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance for weddings and major events. For smaller events or classes, we can often accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Greenville, SC and currently serve the upstate of SC, but can travel for events as needed. Depending on distance, travel fees may apply.
